Are the boxes strong enough to sit on?
Yes, our boxes are made of real wood, unlike much furniture sold today.
What are the dimensions of the box?
Big box 42x27x19, Small box 32x18x18 (custom dimensions available upon request)
What is typical turnaround time?
3-4 weeks (6-8 weeks during high volume periods, if time is an issue, please contact us first to see where you would be in line)
Will I get a tracking number when box ships?
YES
What shipping options do I have?
Door to door, private delivery driver, local pickup or terminal pickup. (For international orders Air door to door, air door to port, ocean door to port, ocean door to door)
Can you create me a custom order listing?

How far in advance do I need to order to have box for a specific date?
Preferably 3-4 weeks in advance, but we encourage you to contact us first if needed by a certain date.
What if I want to do a local pickup, can you remove the shipping cost?
