Terms of Use 

This product is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions and notices obtained.

Exclusive Obligation 

This product may not be used for unlawful purposes and that use is expressly prohibited under the terms and conditions of its use.

Use Limitation 

You may not modify, copy or reproduce these products. The giant shoe box logos and trademarks shown are of the said companies.  We are not affiliated with, nor do we own any of the logos and trademarks. We do not mass produce or bulk manufacture giant shoe organizers.  We are the artist and can build YOUR desired design. These items are individually built, one by one, according to customer specs. Sneakerhead Giant Shoe Boxes are made with real wood plywood sheets with all panels glued, nailed and reinforced with 1-2 inch wood screws.  This product is designed for organizing and storing shoes, hats, small or lightweight sports memorabilia, purses and/or other similar lightweight items. The product is not intended for standing upon, for step or ladder uses; due to the risk of injury. The product is not intended for children's play, inside or outside of the box, at anytime.  Because of the weight of some components, specifically the lid of the giant shoe box, children under the age of 12 should stay clear and should not attempt to open or close giant shoe box storage. Children should also be supervised when around this item. Do not attempt to climb inside this shoe box and close the top. All intended persons using this item should exercise caution when opening and closing giant shoe box organizer.

Warranty 

Sneakerhead Shoebox provides a limited one-year warranty to the original purchaser of Sneakerhead Shoebox’s Giant Shoe Box Storage units that the furniture is free from defects in material and workmanship as noted. This warranty does not apply to purchasers of as-is or distressed products or display samples. Color and finish variations are applied to natural wood and are not covered by this warranty. This warranty applies under conditions of normal household use but does not apply to fading (furniture should not be placed in direct sunlight) or defects that result from negligence, soiling, improper cleaning, misuse, abnormal use, accident, or commercial use. For fabrics (if applicable), inside the shoe organizer, this warranty does not apply to piling, cleaning, shrinkage, wrinkling, wear, dye-lot variance, damage or failure due to chemical treatment other than by the fabric manufacturer, or damage caused by pets.  Acrylic/Plexi glass coverings used to protect inside drawer and/or inside lid graphics should not be sprayed or cleaned with any kind of glass cleaner, unless specific for acrylic/plexi sheets, as cleaning solutions such as Windex can cause damage to these components.  

Sneakerhead Shoebox will, for one year following the date of the original purchase, at Sneakerhead Shoe Box’s option in its sole discretion, repair or replace, or provide a substitute for, any piece or part found by Sneakerhead Shoebox to be defective in material or workmanship. Any costs for packing and shipping are not covered under this warranty. Service claims under this warranty should be made through the retail store from which the giant shoebox was purchased or by contacting us via our Contact Us page on our website.  To obtain proper service under this warranty, the original purchase receipt should be kept.

Limitation of Liability 

In no event shall Sneakerhead Shoebox be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of its products.

Warning

Use and misuse of products sold by Sneakerhead Shoebox can involve serious risks including injury, disability and death.  Purchasers assume all risks.

Inspect Before Each Use

This product must be inspected for use to ensure it has not been damaged in shipment. If damaged, do not use and immediately contact the freight carrier/shipping company so that a damage claim can be opened against the shipping company.  Any damage caused by shipping must be paid by shipping company, as Sneakerhead Shoebox cannot be held responsible. Notify Sneakerhead Shoebox as soon as possible - we may be able to aid in the damage claim process. We WILL not ship out a defective or damaged product. (Please see shipping info page)

Other Statements 

Sneakerhead Shoebox employees or representatives, ORAL OR OTHER WRITTEN STATEMENTS, DO NOT CONSTITUTE WARRANTIES, shall not be relied upon by the buyer, and is not part of the contract for sale or this limited warranty.

Entire Obligation 

The TERM OF USE, WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER document states the entire obligation of Sneakerhead Shoebox with respect to the products. If any part of this disclaimer is determined to be void, invalid, unenforceable or illegal, including, but not limited to the warranty disclaimers and liability disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

General

This disclaimer statement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Courts of competent jurisdiction, USA, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this product. Use of this product is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. 

Modification of Terms and Conditions 

Sneakerhead Shoebox reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which their products are offered.
